Our Products

All of our turf products (except golf mats) come in 15 foot widths and can be shipped/ordered in up to 15' x 100' rolls. Therefore, a quantity of 10 for any product will give you 150 square feet of that product. All prices include shipping. However, there will be a freight charge of $95 for delivery service to a residential address added during payment. If you are a business and have a forklift with a carpet tongue, please call us to remove this fee.

STC 40

STC 40 is 40oz PE Monofilament on ½" gauge and 1 ¾" pile height and is tufted into 2 layers of polybac, 1 at 13 pic and one at 18 pic as primary backing and 20oz urethane as secondary backing. It contains one end PE Monofilament Straight set and one end Texturized PE Monofilament. This style is engineered for climates where an almost constant barrage of sunshine and UV rays require additional UV stability. Perforations for drainage are standard.

STC Elite is 90oz. of a combination of Monofilament Polyethylene and Texturized Nylon, tufted at 1 ¾" inch pile ht having a layer of 13 pic polybac and a layer of 18 pic polybac as the primary backing and 20 oz. urethane as the secondary coating. Perforations for drainage are standard.

STC Primo Plus

STC Primo Plus is a 54 oz combination of 320 micron PE Monofilament with a thatch zone of texturized 150 micron Field PE Monofilament. Pile height on STC Primo Plus is 1 ½" and is tufted on 3/8" gauge. Primary backing is 2 layers of polybac, 1 at 13 pic and 1 at 18 pic. Secondary backing is 20 oz urethane. Perforations for drainage are standard.

STC Natural SDS

STC NATURAL SDS is an improved version of Nat. Designer SDS which has 67oz. per sq/yd of trilobal PE Spring green SS Monofilament with a thatch consisting of texturized “ Field green” PE and “Tan” PP monofilament tufted on 1/2 gauge at 2 1/8 inch pile ht. and having 2 layers of polybac, 1@13 and 1@18 pic as the primary backing with 20 oz. urethane as the secondary coating. Perforations for drainage are standard.

STC So Real Designer

STC LITE FESCUE is an improved version of LIB-LITE tufted on 1/2 gauge at 1 3/4 inch pile ht. at 46 oz. per sq/yd. Fescue Green SS PE Monofilament with a texturized thatch zone consisting of “Field Green” monofilament. There are 2 layers of polybac, 1@13 and 1@18 pic as the primary backing with 20 oz. urethane as the secondary coating. Perforations for drainage are standard.

STC Ultra

STC Ultra is 36oz pile weight of texturized nylon. 3/16" gauge with a 7/16" pile height. 2 layers of polybac, 13 pic and 18 pic form the primary backing. Secondary backing is a rubberized coating with actionbac for additional dimensional strength.

STC Hole In One

STC Hole-in-One is a 36 oz golf product primarily designed for use as sand filled putting material. STC Hole-in-One is made of a 7600 denier Polypropylene fibrillated slit film tufted on a 3/8 gauge machine. It has a 1” pile height and a secondary coating of 20 oz per sq yd of urethane.

STC TST Line

STC TST Line is a very dense (120 oz per sq yd) golf product made of U.S. Made texturized nylon developed specifically to handle the club impact generated by the high swing speeds of today’s golfer. STC TST Line is tufted on a 3/16 gauge machine into 2 primary backings with a 7/8” finished pile height.

STC Golf Mat

STC Golf Mats are made of 48 oz per sq yd of texturized nylon and are 58” x 58” in size. They have a ½” finished pile and are attached to a ½” closed cell foam pad. Mats come pre-drilled with 2 rubber tees.

STC Batting Cage

STC Batting Cage has high quality USA made fibers tufted into a multiple layer primary backing. This product can be coated with urethane or have a 3MM, 5MM, or 8MM foam padding applied upon request. Please contact us for more information and to check availability on this product.
